The sea with enchanting beaches as well as the village center of Rayol are within walking distance in about 15min. The village heart of Rayol offers a supermarket, a bakery, a tourist information and a pharmacy as well as some very good restaurants. During the warm months there is a local market once a week, where you can buy local delicacies. The nearest airports are Nice or Marseille.

The houses are newly built and have high quality custom interior. Villas Mistral and Boreas are completed in 2020 and are rented since spring 2020, Ponente and Levante are rented since July 2017. The houses are located on two adjacent properties.
All villas have their own pool, located just a few steps from the bedrooms or living area and enclosed with a pleasant wooden deck. Each bedroom, furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, offers direct sea views from the bed as well as a private bathroom.
Unfortunately, due to the hillside location, the villas are not handicapped accessible.
Villa Ponente and Villa Levante are identical in construction, only mirror-inverted. The villa offers a breathtaking 180° sea view and convinces with a private infinity pool, which can also be heated (from May to October). The pool is located directly to the side of the villa and also provides wonderful sea views. There is air conditioning in all rooms. On your arrival everything will be well prepared for you: fresh towels, the beds are made up and the rooms are pleasantly tempered, we also offer a check-in service. A local concierge is quickly available for on-site questions.
